1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sangandaan Cemetery website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the City Government of Caloocan, operator of Sangandaan Cemetery. By registering an account or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Important: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
3. Services Provided
Sangandaan Cemetery provides the following services through our platform:
- Burial Records Access: Search and view burial records for loved ones interred at the cemetery.
- Service Requests: Submit requests for burial services, interment, and memorial maintenance.
- Plot Management: View and manage purchased burial plots (for registered owners).
- Payment Processing: Pay fees for cemetery services online.
- Notifications: Receive updates about service schedules, memorial events, and cemetery announcements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use any automated means to access or collect data from our Services;
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
5. Payments and Fees
Certain services may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. By making a payment, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with the services requested.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel service requests within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee. Service requests that have already been processed or scheduled cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sangandaan Cemetery and the City Government of Caloocan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may request account deletion by contacting our support team. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caloocan City, Metro Manila.
